Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original Berravia packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
